Be Purely Balanced Podcast: Episode 46

My background includes 25 years of rehabilitation experience. I graduated from Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI in 1993 with a bachelor's degree in physical therapy. I have also been married since 1993, to my wonderful husband, Marty. We have three college aged children: Corianne, Jessica and Ryan. In 2002, I took my first class in Strain Counterstrain, developed by Lawrence Jones, DO, and felt immediate improvements in my own body. Since 2010, I have been focusing my efforts on a trail blazing (new & improved version) called Fascial Counterstrain, developed by Brian Tuckey, PT. Backed by the latest research on fascia's role in reducing or eliminating the source(s) of acute or chronic pain and inflammation, and having witnessed life changing effects in the lives of her family members and clients, I would love to share the benefits of this innovative technique with you.
