Elderberry & Turkey Tail Syrup Product Spotlight

Elderberry & Turkey Tail Syrup

Tis the season for colds, flus, COVID and germs of all kinds. The cold represses our systems and makes us more susceptible to these blips in health. Keeping up our immunity is vital to our overall health. I started making elderberry and turkey tail syrup for 3 reasons.

  1. Both Elderberries and Turkey Tails are growing on our farm, Stenella

  2. I wanted to provide natural immunity for my family. Everyone on my Christmas list gets a fresh bottle of the syrup each year!

  3. I wanted to share all natural locally sourced immune boosters with my clients!

Elderberries / Sambucus

Elderberries are rich in Vitamin C, fiber, phenolic acids, flavonols, and anthocyanins that may boost the immune system. In folk medicine, Elderberry was used to cure infection, treat influenza and alleviate burns. It is commonly used now to boost the immune system in prevention of cold and flu. Elderberry is native to Europe though grows across the globe.

Turkey Tail / Trametes versicolor

Turkey Tail (tun zhi) has been used for centuries in Chinese Medicine as an immunomodulator that supports immune function and helps fight infections. Turkey Tail clears dampness, increases energy, and strengthens the lungs, stomach, and spleen qi.

This syrup combines the power of elderberries and turkey tail mushrooms in a delicious syrup for immunity.
