Dr. Krystal Lynn Couture, PT, LAc

Thanks for being here! I'm Dr. Krystal, a holistic PT and acupuncturist. I began dry needling in 2009 and fell in love with the tremendous impact one tiny needle can make. I became fascinated with the medicine that the needle holds and the amazing transformations I witnessed. Over the years, the western techniques I originally learned evolved and I discovered a deep resonance with Traditional Chinese Medicine. I began treating pelvic health clients because they kept showing up at my practice. I became a safe space where clients could talk about what they couldn’t anywhere else. Pelvic Care runs deep through the systems of our medicine and acupuncturists can be an amazing resource for pelvic health clients. I am passionate about sharing my methods, safe + effective needling techniques and all the eccentricities I've learned along the way to provide relief to our clients physically and emotionally.
