Subtle Energy, Subtle Messages
About a month ago, our community of healers, friends and earth angels lost a shamanic elder, Holly Brown. She made a rather quick spiritual transition in what her partner, Ann, calls Healing the Global Village. Ann celebrates the life of Holly in a magnificent way as she experiences her own time of rebirth through this process. I admired the way Ann honored Holly, their relationship and their truth in her passing by bringing people together in several ceremonial rituals at their home. I was moved profoundly to be part of this experience with so many healers and light workers from our community
Time passed and I had my first shamanic cloth divination with Sarah. The timing for the ritual seemed perfect, as Holly was one of Sarah’s mentors. There were many things that came up for me during this session, primarily aligning my fire and water elements and more deeply tuning into the 5 elements. There was also some specific diagnostics related to my ancestors and their relationship with abundance, in order to improve my own relationship with abundance. Finally, Holly came into the session and offered herself as my etherial mentor. Wow. As tears formed in my eyes, I was filled with magnificent appreciation.
A little more time passes. I am in Palm Beach Gardens training with my mentor, which was an experience that felt so complete in its nature and gave me so many healing gifts, in my own journey and that which I can share with others. One day, as we sat listening to Ken speak, a cardinal came up to the window and radiated so much energy to me and our group, that I squealed aloud in the midst of Ken’s lecture that there was a gorgeous cardinal outside.
More time passes, I return home and have a trade with one of my best and dearest friends, Julie. During my session, she says, I really have to tell you something. Julie visited with Holly just before she transitioned and as she did, she witnessed the energy of 10 crowns above Holly’s head opening consciousness and connecting to the light energy. While Julie watched the unfolding of this energy, a cardinal came to the window and Ann said “Holly, there’s your cardinal.”
Julie didn’t know that the cardinal came to me in FL and she didn’t know about my divination with Sarah, but felt really compelled to share her message.
I wrote this as a reminder of the magical connections that are happening around us everyday and how when we get really tuned in with ourselves and allow ourselves to be quietly listening, so much of what we are asking will be answered. The universe is sharing itself with us purposefully. The key to us seeing exactly what we are looking for, hearing our inner wisdom, and feeling the connection we seek lies in our consciousness.
